Because our cookies are homemade food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will do our best to make it right for you.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All cookie sales are final due to food safety regulations. Once an order has been prepared or delivered, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
When will I get my order?
We currently offer:
- Florida shipping only for select orders
- Local pickup every Saturday in Vero Beach, Florida
Shipping times may vary depending on your location in Florida, but most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after they are baked and shipped fresh.
Where are your cookies made and are there allergy notices?
All cookies are homemade in a Florida home kitchen under the Florida Cottage Food Law. Our products are not made in a commercial kitchen and have not been inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
